These are nice shots that beg, just beg for a dialog, just the third panel is trying too much. You got a good/awkward 'family moment' going, be more direct with the punch line.
(personally I would be wondering how much mousse does it take to get hair to act like ears - but that is a side note)
Love it!
I love how the girl only has one line. grrrr.
